Top Performer 2016 & 2017

It is so fantastic to be recognized as one of Contractor Connection’s 2016 and 2017 Top Performers. 2017 marks our sixth consecutive year receiving this award, and we are so grateful to be recognized and to have had the opportunity to celebrate with other Top Performing Contractors. Also, in 2016, PURO-TEC PROPERTY RESTORATION received The Performance Excellence Award for the Ohio Valley District.

What does it mean to be a Top Performer and how is that decided? Each year, 200 contractors are recognized as Top Performers, which is determined by Contractor Connection’s measure of “overall excellence.” As described in the letter above, five aspects are taken into account for determining “overall excellence.” These factors include: estimate upload TIP, customer service scores, professionalism in communication, cooperation, and overall POMS scores.
