PURO-TEC Property Restoration and Philadoptables Need Your Help!

A project to design and build an open-air shelter at The Animal Care and Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT Philly) was initiated a few years ago, but new building requirements from the City of Philadelphia have now increased the cost by $11,000. PURO-TEC PROPERTY RESTORATION is devoted to being a successful project manager, and we will be building the shelter at cost without overhead and profit.

The increased budget from $17,000 to $28,000 includes the labor (including required ground drilling and testing), materials (including required fire rated materials), and the additional costs of building a safe out-door shelter for the animals to play, learn, and exercise in all weather conditions.
