We understand that water damage can spread very quickly, and cause further damage such as mold. This knowledge along with our immediate responses prevents further damage from occurring at your home or business. We are committed to high quality service and immediate response that facilitates minimal loss.

Our diverse water mitigation services include:

Water Extraction/Pump Out: This service is provided in order to remove water from damaged areas. This initial step occurs so that further damage will not occur and so that your restoration project can progress.

Dehumidification & Structural Drying: Following a water loss it is critical to remove any and all moisture from your home or business. This is so that mold does not develop and the internal structure of your property does not warp. Dehumidification is necessary to prevent any further damage from occurring.

Mold Inspection & Remediation: Results of the development of mold is a health concern so it is critical to investigate for any mold that could have developed due to water damage. Our restoration team members are experienced in inspecting for and removing any mold that may exist in your home.

Anti-Microbial Treatment: Following water damage, PURO-TEC can treat your property in order to remove any existing problems that have developed, and we also do this in order to prevent further damage from occurring.

Selective Demolition: In the case of threatening structural damage, we are able to locate and remove these areas so that a safe structure can be restored.

Contents Cleaning, Packing, & Storage: PURO-TEC is able to provide services to keep your contents safe while your property is being repaired. We safely pack your contents and keep them secured in our warehouse for the duration. During this time, we will restore your contents. If contents are not restorable, we can create a damaged inventory list to provide to your insurance carrier. We will also provide transportation of your contents back to your home or business after completion of the project.
