Contractor Connection’s Golden Hammer Top Performer

Above is our Golden Hammer Top Performer award from last year, and we are proud to announce that we have received this award again for our work in 2013! Receiving this award is a direct reflection of PURO-TEC PROPERTY RESTORATION’S dedication to being a professional and successful restoration business. We are extremely excited to be recognized as Contractor Connection’s Golden Hammer Top Performer.

Contractor Connection is a third party vendor program that most major insurance carriers use to manage their vendors. Companies are held to a very high standard to work in conjunction with Contractor Connection, and performance is constantly being analyzed and measured using a Performance Objective Monitoring System (POMS). This POMS score is reflective of performance and communication efficiency, accuracy of estimates, and timeliness of job completion. This is a national program that represents almost every major insurance carrier.

Receiving the Contractor Connection Golden Hammer Top Performer Award shows that PURO-TEC stands out from other restoration companies in regards to important performance standards including customer satisfaction, communication with customers, time efficiency, and high quality work. This coincides directly with our mission of dedication to customer service and our focus on quality performance.

We are also excited to share that just this month we were nominated at the New Orleans Contractor Connection Conference for the Top Mitigation Contractor in the Ohio Valley District, which covers five states.
