Patrick Ferris is highly knowledgeable about insurance claims matters as well as a super talented contractor and project manager. He fought aggressively but fairly on my behalf against the insurer, and was 100% effective NOT because of forceful tactics, but because Patrick had done his research, knew the rules and codes, and the insurer therefore had respect for him. I therefore ended up with pretty much all damage covered by insurance. I cannot praise enough the work PUROTEC did for me. The project manager assigned to me, Frank Paone, was attentive and detail- oriented. As a result, my broken house is reconstructed properly and is beautiful again.
