General Contracting

PURO-TEC PROPERTY RESTORATION provides services for general contracting of new construction and post-disaster reconstruction.

Each client and property is assigned a project manager that is experienced and knowledgeable about creating a plan that will best fit your needs. Each project manager will work closely with you from the design phase to finished construction.

During our Design and Planning Phase, we want to hear your expectations and share our options with you. We will develop a budget and timeline that best reflects these expectations. Our project managers are skilled in creating estimates that are detailed and uniquely designed for each individual project. We will ensure that your design plan is cost and time efficient.

During the Construction Phase, we will ensure that all permits are cleared and that quality control is ensured throughout the process. Our project managers will supervise purchasing so that cost control is guaranteed. Throughout construction, our project managers will keep you updated every step of the way, and they will also make sure that the schedule and timeline that was agreed to is followed.

PURO-TEC is focused on continually learning new and improved methods for property construction and reconstruction. This may include technology and materials to use, necessary permits, or consultation with other companies. We are in the business of full general contracting after disaster and new construction projects to ensure that our clients are able to move into properties that are specific and individualized to their needs.
